This month we have our Strawberry Tea and a chance to have a social time with tea and a scone after the business part of the meeting. The competition is bring your favourite recipe – typed, handwritten, torn from a magazine, on nice paper or on the back of a scruffy envelope. I’m interested to see what we collect. Trouble is my favourite changes every day. We’d really love to have a bumper crop of recipes to decide our winner for the competition. Plans as to how to involve everyone in that process are still being made. But to my mind the main objective is to have plenty of recipes to put into a booklet for our 100th year.

If you’re coming from Clevedon beware the traffic lights near the Esso garage. Road closures overnight will have started (June 8th), but just in case the traffic lights are also still there, please allow plenty of time for your journey.
