Tickenham WI is very lucky in it’s volunteer committee and helpers. They planned, organised, catered and served a fabulous buffet lunch to Tickenham WI members and guests recently. The Spring Lunch is a long standing event in the Tickenham WI calendar, but it was extra special this year. It was an opportunity to welcome guests from Kenn, Yatton and Nailsea WI and the Avon FWI to be with us as we celebrated 100 years of Tickenham WI.
The Chairman of Avon FWI presented a certificate of congratulations to Tickenham WI, in honour of those 100 remarkable years.
